In 2006, I stopped using Tylenol. Not because of a trend or a headline—but because I learned something that changed my perspective forever: Tylenol lowers glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant. As a mother, a wellness advocate, and someone who had already walked through mastitis, premature birth, and healing through food, this discovery shook me. I couldn’t unknow it. I couldn’t ignore it.
A year later, in 2007, I made another decision: I stopped vaccinating. It wasn’t impulsive. It was the result of deep research, prayer, and a growing awareness that many systems—medical, political, even religious—were asking me to follow without question. But I had questions. I had lived experience. And I had the courage to say no.
I’ve watched people blindly follow leaders who don’t understand the body, the science, or the spirit. I’ve seen faith systems that preach compassion while ignoring the suffering of animals and children. I’ve felt the sting of being dismissed, misunderstood, or labeled. But I’ve also felt the peace of alignment. The strength of conviction. The clarity that comes when you choose truth over comfort.
This journey isn’t about rebellion—it’s about responsibility. It’s about trusting your God-given intuition, honoring your children’s bodies, and refusing to compromise your values for convenience. I don’t expect everyone to agree. But I do expect to be respected. And I will continue to speak, write, and advocate for families who are quietly walking the same path.
